Dynamic Fences was born out of a simple but powerful conviction: that Zimbabwe deserves world-class fencing and construction services delivered by people who genuinely care about quality. In 2019, Kardia Holdings was founded at our head office on 349 Samora Machel Avenue, Eastlea, Harare — a single construction business with a clear purpose.
Over the next six years, we grew deliberately. We invested in our own manufacturing capability, establishing a dedicated factory and workshop at 7 Lobengula Road, Southerton, Harare — giving us over 3,000 square metres of operational space across two sites. We brought production in-house, trained our team and built processes that allowed us to control quality from raw material to completed installation.
That commitment to integration shaped everything. What began as one construction business has grown into four specialist divisions — Dynamic Fences, Dynamic Steels, Kardia Constructions, and Kardia Steel & Roof — each a market leader in its own right, all operating under the Kardia Holdings Group umbrella with a shared standard of excellence.
Today we serve UN agencies, international embassies, blue-chip corporates, government bodies and educational institutions. Every project — large or small — receives the same dedication, professionalism and attention to detail that has earned us Zimbabwe's trust.
